Megan Schleiniger
“I used to think ice baths were scary, but now I can’t wait for those three chilly minutes where it’s just me, my breath, and the rubber duckies! I also love seeing the pride on new members’ faces after conquering their first ice bath!
Diego Vallota
“Tub club is the absolute best! I promise it will be the best part of your week!”
Our Story…
“
We are both collegiate athletes by background and have used cold plunging as a recovery tool for the past decade. In recent years, however, we have seen the power of cold plunging go far beyond muscle recovery. Not only does it enforce discipline by doing something hard, but the mood-boosting effects are second to none. Cold plunging has helped us find our inner calm and we want to share the benefits with as many people as we can. We are passionate about sharing the benefits of cold plunging and saunas, and see immense opportunity to bring people together to reset with contrast therapy and breathwork.
